About Me!

Hi! I'm Hayley, the creator of Hxlo Art.

Art has always been a big part of my life. Growing up it was constantly something I came back to whenever I got the chance! Although it was a huge passion of mine, I always considered it more as a hobby, focusing instead on my passion for music and singing.

For the longest time, I always thought music would be the thing I would pursue as a career (despite the challenges). This led me to studying music at the Brisbane Griffith Conservatorium upon graduating High School. However, even though I was excelling in my music studies, something in me knew it wasn't the path I truly wanted, at least, at this point in my life. My ache to pursue my illustration passion was still nagging me. I just knew I wasn't on the path that felt most true to who I am at this time in my life.

So! I made the extremely scary decision to leave my music degree behind and jump in the deep end...

And that's where I am now! Trying my best to pursue this whole art thing for the very first time ^^

I do hope you will join me on this journey of making my childhood passion a full-time career!
