Refund policy

Returns & exchanges:

We do not accept returns, and do not do exchanges once the order has been shipped.

Damages or faults:

If there is an issue with the product itself, like a defect or fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will find a solution to rectify the situation, be it a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

We understand that there may be times where you've placed an order for the wrong item and wish to swap or replace it with another item.

However, we can only exchange items before the order has been shipped or the shipping label has been purchased. 

Shipping issues:

If your order is returned to us due to a mistake on our behalf, then we will be in touch to discuss your desired solution, whether it be that the order is reposted or refunded. For orders returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by you, or failure to collect from post office on your behalf, we cannot offer a refund, as this is out of our control. If your order becomes lost due to external reasons, we will be in touch surrounding a solution.

Cancelling an order:

You are entitled to cancel an order for any reason at any time before the shipping label has been purchased. Please contact us immediately with your request. A full refund including shipping costs will be returned to your original payment method. Kindly note that your funds will not show up immediately and may take some time to process. If your order has been shipped, it is not eligible to be cancelled.
